Class Overview

This workout focuses on toning the pelvic floor, hip flexors/extensors, abdominal wall, erector spinae, gluteals, hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors by performing sets of IM=X sequences that target the lower body using the IM=X Ring and Body Bars (hand and ankle weights optional) in a 50 minute format.
