  • For classes at W54th St. ONLY, you must check Facebook.com/MdanceFitness to see which floor to go to. For all other locations, see class name for floor. 
  • If possible, change in advance for classes held at 54th St and 519 8th. If not, you can change in the restroom.
  • You’ll bring everything into the dance studio with you.
  • Bring your own mat to Core Strength & Restore and PiYo.
