This fast moving class takes all of the fundamentals intermediate clients have learned and combines them with even more challenging exercises to create a workout that flows through the classical Pilates exercise order with minimal time spent setting up each exercise.
This is our most challenging mat workout and is recommended for true students of the Method, apprentices and those who want advanced training. Focus on progressive movements for a challenging workout.
