This engaging group class incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (apparatus) along with Mat work. Many of the exercise performed on the Tower are exercises are typically done on the Cadillac during a private session.
By utilizing the Wall Unit, you will stretch your muscles while strengthening your core. Be prepared for a challenging workout!
Training Level: Beginner to Intermediate.
