Know before you go

  • Arrive 20 minutes before class to complete an intake form if it's your first time.
  • The trainer will get you set up with a clean heart rate monitor prior to starting your class. Your heart rate will be displayed on a screen to allow you and the trainer to monitor your progress. After class, you’ll get an email summarizing your training stats.
  • About 5 minutes before class you’ll start warming up. You can warm up with the exercises displayed on screen, jump rope, run in place, climb on a stationary bike, or warm up in any way that gets your blood flowing and muscles loose.


The FIT36® workout offers high intensity interval training / HIIT for elite-level results in 36 minutes or less. Circuits are run for two weeks at a time. This quick muscle-memory plan allows your body to go from unable to able to expert on these movements in a two-week span. Once you become great at these movements, we shake up the circuit and start over again.
This is modern training for the modern athlete. We use everything from kettlebells to TRX® and beyond, and we use it in intervals. We use movements you never thought existed. We use movements you use every day. Combined together, these movements can build strength and improve athleticism. We have a certified personal trainer in each class to ensure proper technique and improve efficiency. Our movements are self-limiting, taking you to the max while prioritizing your safety. We don’t make you do what you can’t do. We can make you better at what you can do.
Heart rate monitors are available to keep you in the proper anaerobic zone throughout the workout. Your heart rate can be displayed on a screen during the workout to allow the trainer, and yourself, to monitor your progress and maximize your workout.
