FLOW is our signature, dynamic Vinyasa-style flow class with a focus on continuous movement matched with the breath. We flow through Vinyasa postures connecting each sequence with a Chataranga Flow. This intensified practice builds Strength, Flexibility, and Balance. Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and inversions are all part of the repertoire. All classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow. Designed for all levels.
