Class Overview

This is an all levels Vinyasa Flow yoga class. Poses are focused on functional movements with an emphasis on providing strength and flexibility to perform every day tasks. Beginners should feel comfortable taking this class, as modifications will be offered. As always, everyone is encouraged to listen to their body, and only take the poses to where they feel comfortable. Classes are conducted live via ZOOM Meetings. Once registered you will receive an email invitation on how to join the class. No props are required, but yoga blocks and strap may be helpful to some.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

We offer hour long sessions comprised of teams based on experience and skill level. We strive to make sure all clients are challenged during every session, while also maintaining a fun environment. Workouts are created specifically for each group and exercises are progressed or regressed depending upon the comfort levels of the group members.
