Class Overview

Our streaming Strength & Conditioning class will aim to develop every element of fitness - balance, speed, agility, power, strength, endurance, and most importantly, functionality. Just because you are at home does not mean you can't get strong!   Some items of note for you to consider: We WILL be using dumbbells and/or kettlebells in this class, so please make sure you have weights or comparable items to use when signing up for class. Your camera will need to be on so that your trainer can monitor and assess your form. Don't be bashful. We just want to make sure you don't get hurt. This also gives you the opportunity to curse at your trainer. We will limit participation to a total of 8 Fuertitos. Sign up early! This is like your Fuerte Fit, so have fun! All times are TEXAS STANDARD TIME (Central time).   When registering, you will receive two emails from FitGrid LIVE. The first email will be confirmation for your registration. The second email should come about 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time and will contain a link to the class. Know before you go

  • Please login to the class at least 5 minutes early so that you can ask the instructor any questions, let him/her know of any injuries or limitations, etc. We will be muting all participants when the class begins in order to eliminate random noises streaming to everybody (as much as your dog wants to be heard, we have to deny him during class).
