Class Overview

This class is for children ages 6-9. It’s a 45 min fun- filled class where kids learn the basic principles of beginner mat pilates through storytelling adventures.   Please have your child bring their favorite stuffed animal to class to serve as their pilates prop and trusty sidekick as we go on this pilates journey together. The Class is $15 per family and parents, siblings and pets are welcome to join!
