Class Overview

Our boxing technique classes involve heavy bags work, double-end speed-bag work, focus mitts work with a partner and a jump rope cardio drive. We bring our members through all the elements of boxing to give a complete boxing working from the basics to slipping punches on the mitts to increasing hand and eye coordination on the speed bags. All classes at Back Bay Boxing are heavily instructionally based, correcting form and technique on both bags and mitts and are good for both beginners and advanced members. Handwraps are required for class and can be purchased at class or online in our store and picked-up at the gym. Classes are approximately 50 min in duration. New students please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time so we can get you setup for class.

Back Bay Boxing offers high-intensity classes focused primarily on boxing technique. Classes incorporate cardio, focus mitt-work with partners and boxing technique tips and advice with a very experiences USA Boxing certified instructor. An hour of action packed, sweat dripping fun is guaranteed!
