Know before you go
- If you’re new, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and the staff will help you set up and clip in.
- Cycling shoes are complimentary. If you want to bring your own, the pedals accept both LOOK or SPD cleats.
- If you're running late, please call the studio to hold your bike. No one will be permitted to enter a class 5 minutes after class start.
- Locker rooms are fully equipped with towels, blow dryers, and a wide array of spa products. Keyless lockers with USB ports are also available.
