This virtual full body workout will combine strength and HIIT to give you a total sweat but also make you stronger. This class is all body weight exercises, if you have weights you're welcome to add them to the workout. You will be emailed a zoom link 20 minutes before the start of class. You can join on your phone or computer. You will be automatically muted with video off, but it is fun to see everyone working out so we encourage you to put your video on during class to get that in person class feeling!

  • Once in the Zoom meeting with your phone, just click the screen off and hit the road! You’ll hear the instructor motivating you and cheering you on throughout your run, but in real time! 

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

MyStryde is Boston's first running studio. Experience MyStryde's virtual running and strength classes in real-time through zoom (yes, even the running classes). For the live virtual classes, you’ll be running outside or on a treadmill, with your phone and headphones. Once in the zoom meeting with your phone, just click the screen off and hit the road! You’ll hear our instructor motivating you and cheering you on throughout your run, but in real time! 
The best thing about taking our classes live, is you know there are others there with you the entire time, and the instructor can call out your name, and motivate you a little extra as you hit your final sprints or squat jumps.
