 BLISSPOINT BREATHWORK  Breath Style : Three Part Breath  Blisspoint Breathwork Everyone's favorite class from the dome. And we have decided to keep the community going virtually. With the support of sound and the voice of Lisa De Narvaez you will be led through her powerful and intense trailblazing Blisspoint breathwork method. The intention behind the practice is to explore subconscious states of being, consciously. Develop the capacity to be present, and become aware of limiting beliefs and shift them. Tapping into this deep well of wisdom, beyond that of our limited minds, is game changing. Largely this class is experienced lying down, but maintains itself as a deeply felt physical experience.   About Your Guide : LISA DE NARVAEZ is a spiritual technologist and teacher committed to the evolution of human consciousness. Over the past 20 plus years, she has facilitated the awakening and transformation of the lives of thousands of humans across the world and from all walks of life.     Set the mood: A blanket, a pillow, a candle, some palo santo ... whatever it is that would help you to feel cozy.    The Technical Side: All of our class times are listed in EST (eastern Standard time) You will receive your link to zoom an hour before class begins. If you do not receive it, it may be because your notification settings in mindbody are set to opt out of emails. After you change your settings, e-mail us at for a link.Have zoom downloaded and show up a couple minutes before the class is set to begin.For any last minute issues, please call/text Kadence @ 845.826.1420 If you are pregnant, have experienced traumatic brain injury and/or seizures, or experience retinal detachment, please consult a doctor before doing a breathwork class.

Know before you go

  • You are perfect, and we are a “come as you are” kind of community.  Take note we will have you remove shoes before entering the dome, so we recommend cozy socks. There are props here for you to use like mats, blankets and pillows depending on the experience.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. We close the doors 5 minutes after the stated start time.  While we understand how easy it is to run behind in a busy city, we want to honor our class times to create a safe container for all visitors once inside the dome.
