Breath is Magic in the Moment.    Breath Style : Three Part Breath.    There is magic in each moment. Breath is what carries the elixir of life into our system. By placing our attention on the breath, we shift our consciousness and tune ourselves to new ways of being. This being-ness is what directs our experience of life. We can take the reigns in opening to the magic and shift in our life experience into one of pure love. Get ready to ignite gratitude, wonder, and awe.   This class is for everyone especially seekers of truth, magic, and bliss. About Your Guide :  Elisha Halpin is a Somatics, Breathwork, and Neurosculpting facilitator, as well as a spiritual teacher. Elisha creates work invited Soul embodiment through a process of re-wilding and activating the inner wildness and innate radiance. As a channel of Divine Feminine wisdom and the Cosmic Mother’s love Elisha’s mission is a revolution of remembering our sacred nature as we become fully human. Set Your Space :  Have a comfortable place to sit and to lie down. Light some incense or a candle, whatever you want to create a magical soulful space. Optional: essential oils, ocean/palm stones, and eye mask The Technical Side: All of our class times are listed in EST (eastern Standard time)You will receive your link to zoom an hour before class begins. If you do not receive it, it may be because your notification settings in mindbody are set to opt out of emails. While joining us for virtual classes, we want you to feel comfortable, but please dress, behave and engage as you would if you visited us in person. If at any point, you want to opt out of any exercise or activity, place a hand over your heart. If you see someone place a hand over their heart while you are engaging with them, respect the boundary and mirror back with a hand over your heart. A hand over the heart can be a gesture of acknowledgement, respect, gratitude and love. If anyone has made you feel unsafe or has not respected these guidelines, please, let a staff member know so that it can be addressed.

Know before you go

  • You are perfect, and we are a “come as you are” kind of community.  Take note we will have you remove shoes before entering the dome, so we recommend cozy socks. There are props here for you to use like mats, blankets and pillows depending on the experience.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. We close the doors 5 minutes after the stated start time.  While we understand how easy it is to run behind in a busy city, we want to honor our class times to create a safe container for all visitors once inside the dome.
