Know before you go

  • For virtual classes, "arrive" 5 minutes early to be admitted from the waiting room
  • Stages bikes with pedals that are compatible with SPD and SPD Look Wellgo cleats, studio supplies complementary shoes to each rider.
  • Towels and filtered water cooler are provided, and bottled water is available for purchase. Showers, toilets, toiletries and hairdryers are all available complementary
  • Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before start time. Bikes will be given to waitlisted members 4 minutes before class. No rider is permitted to enter the studio 4 minutes after the class has started for health and safety. All new riders are requested to fill out a health questionnaire online or at the studio prior to their first ride with us.
  • Parking is available next door, on street. Public transport stops are located neat the studio. Please see website for more information on the location of these. 

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

B.SPOKE is a friendly, uplifting boutique indoor cycling studio dedicated to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle through exercise that inspires. Offering both performance and rhythm-based classes, we ride together as a group, led by inspirational instructors who coach, support and motivate as you reach your personal best.
Our classes are 30 or 45 minutes, blending high-intensity cardio with muscle-sculpting strength training.  Bringing you moments of mindfulness as you connect with your bike, so not only improving your physical but your mental fitness as well. Lights go down, the sound system goes up, playing B.SPOKE playlists, designed by our instructors to motivate your mind, body, and soul.
Whether you’re looking to improve your mood and energy, burn fat, tone muscles or improve your cardio fitness, B.SPOKE classes are designed to give you everything you need.
