Class Overview

This Yang Yin experience is the best of both worlds. It starts with a dynamic flowing Vinyasa to strengthen and center you, and then finishes with deep restorative poses that are held for extended periods with the support of props that can be found around the house. Breathwork and mindful meditation are woven into class, so you will finish feeling calm, balanced, and rejuvenated. Please have handy the following home props: 2 bed pillows, a blanket, and a small towel.
