Live Love Flow is a boutique studio that offers yoga, strength training and indoor cycling classes to increase flexibility, stability, range of motion and mindfulness.
Class Overview
FLOW 60 is our signature, dynamic Vinyasa-style flow yoga class, focusing on continuous movement matched with the breath. We flow through Vinyasa postures, connecting each sequence with a Chataranga Flow. This intensified practice builds Strength, Flexibility, and Balance. Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and inversions are all part of the repertoire. Music supports the energy of the flow. Designed for all levels, from beginner yoga flow to the most advanced. Room heated to 92-95 degrees. Needed: Block Mat, Towel & Water **This class is via online streaming. Once you have registered for this class you will receive a link to join the class 30 min prior to class start.Class Types

- Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
- Bring a mat, water bottle, towel and shoes (for the cycle and torch classes).
- Yoga mats, shower towels and yogitoes are available for rent at the studio.
