FLOW 60 is our signature, dynamic Vinyasa-style flow yoga class, focusing on continuous movement matched with the breath. We flow through Vinyasa postures, connecting each sequence with a Chataranga Flow. This intensified practice builds Strength, Flexibility, and Balance. Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and inversions are all part of the repertoire. Music supports the energy of the flow. Designed for all levels, from beginner yoga flow to the most advanced. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.
