Class Overview

FLOW FIT® is our signature, dynamic fusion of FLOW (yoga), FIT (functional intense training), Strength, and Conditioning class. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster. This class has four segments: Lower-Body, Upper-Body, Low-Impact Cardio, and Core for a full-body workout. You will burn fat, and build strong muscle while transitioning through Chaturanga’s. However, what sets FLOW FIT apart from other intense workouts is that FLOW FIT, like all yoga classes, has a mental and emotional focus. Designed for intermediate levels   Needed: Block Resistance Band Hand Weights Mat, Towel & Water **This class is via online streaming. Once you have registered for this class you will receive a link to join the class 30 min prior to class start.

  • Bring a mat, water bottle, towel and shoes (for the cycle and torch classes).
  • Yoga mats, shower towels and yogitoes are available for rent at the studio.
