Class Overview

A special Virtual Pop Sculpt class that can be done anywhere. This class is a full body at home workout combining pilates, ballet barre and yoga moves. We will sculpt your muscles using light weights and small, intricate moves. All levels welcome.    You will receive an email 20-30 min before class with a link to join the live class via Zoom.    Please make sure your email address is correct and check your Spam folder as well.    No equipment is needed. Mat or towel and light weights are optional. You can use water bottles, candles, or canned foods as substitutes for weights if you don't have them.    If you can't make the Virtual class LIVE, we will send a link to the recorded class to everyone signed up. The recorded class will be available for 24 hours.    Thank you for joining us for a Pop Physique class.

Know before you go

  • For Pop Sculpt @ Home - If you have 2 sets of light weights, that is great but completely optional. Water bottles, candles, canned goods all can be substitutes for weights. Body weight is perfectly acceptable for all classes. A mat and water is recommended. A chair or stool may be used as a substitute for a barre for stretching and some exercises.
  • For Pop Pilates @ Home - a mat is the only equipment you will need.
  • For Pop Yoga Sculpt - a mat and light set of weights is optional.

 

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Pop Physique incorporates a ballet barre inspired exercise system into an efficient one hour class set to excellent music that blends elements of ballet, Pilates and light weight work into a methodical series of strengthening, isometrics, core shaping, and luxuriating stretches. We offer a wide range of class times seven days of the week. 
We offer many different classes. Pop Sculpt is our famous Pop Physique barre class. Pop Pilates is a Pop Physique inspired mat pilates class. Pop Yoga Sculpt is a combination of our Pop Physique techniques with yoga inspired movements.
