Class Overview

Our STRENGTH program is designed to take your muscle strength and lean muscle mass to the next level.For 45 minutes you will alternate between heavier lifts with lower reps "loading" and high reps of light body weight exercises "unloading" to keep your heart rate elevated. Your week will be split based on movements- PUSH DAY/PULL DAY followed by PUMPformance DAY     PUSH DAY - On one side of the room you will focus on large muscle groups that perform "pushing" movements in various forms of presses, push ups, squats, lunges, etc. You will increase your weight in every set while decreasing the amount of repetitions "loading."  On the other side of the room you will work the opposing muscle groups with high repetitions of light body weight exercises "unloading." - keeping your heart rate elevated and your body burning MAXIMUM calories
