What is FitReserve?
FitReserve is the premier multi-studio fitness membership that allows you to mix and match classes from a curated selection of the top studios in New York City, Boston, and Washington, DC at over 50% off retail. FitReserve provides access to full studio schedules and peak class times, plus access to exclusive insider studio and partner perks, events and more.
How many classes are included and how much does a membership cost?
We currently offer 4 plans tailored to your level of activity: Sampler Plan (3 classes/month), Starter Plan (5 classes/month); Gold Plan (10 classes/month); and a Platinum Plan (20 classes/month). Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, once you become a member, you can download our iOS app here to reserve classes on the go. We do not have an Android app at this time.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, for each friend you invite who joins the FitReserve Gold or Platinum Plan and remains an active member for at least 2 months, a $50 credit will be applied to your account after their second month. Your friend will receive $50 off his or her first month. Discount only applies to new members. Note that you must be on the full price Gold or Platinum Plan in order to receive referral credit.

What types of classes are included?
Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, boot camp, barre, cardio dance, HIIT, TRX, indoor cycling, boxing, rowing and more are included for your choosing.
How many classes can I take at each studio each month?
You can take up to 4 classes at each studio each month. Mixing up your workouts helps prevent plateaus and trying new studios and classes keeps your workout routine fun! Please note, if a studio has more than 1 location, you can attend that class provider's classes up to 4 times per month across all locations, not 4 times per location.
What is the difference between a FitReserve monthly membership and the FitReserve FlexPack?
The FitReserve membership is a monthly auto-renewing membership that allows you to book 3, 5, 10 or 20 classes per month depending on your membership level. You can save up to 50% off studio drop-in rates but unused classes do not roll over. With the FlexPack you can save up to 25% off studio drop-in rates and you can take up to 10 classes at any time within 6 months of purchase.
Where is FitReserve available?
FitReserve is in the New York City, Boston, and Washington, DC metro areas, and we will be expanding to additional cities in the coming months.

How do I reserve a class?
You can search for classes by workout type, location, date and time. Once you've found the class you want to attend, click "Reserve" and you will receive a class reservation confirmation email. It's that easy!
How long is a FitReserve membership cycle?
Each FitReserve membership cycle is one month in length beginning on the date of purchase, and will automatically renew on the same day each month unless purchased on the 31st of the month in which case you will be charged on the last day of the month, regardless of how many days are in the month. For example, if you purchase your FitReserve membership on October 15th, your membership will auto-renew on November 15th. If you purchase your subscription on October 31st, your membership will auto-renew on November 30th. Unused classes do not roll over into the next membership cycle.
What is your class cancellation policy?
Studio cancellation policies vary from 1 hour to 24 hours prior to class start times, depending on the the studio. Check studio schedule pages and class confirmations to view studios' cancellation policies. If you do not cancel within the specified cancellation period, the class will still be counted towards one of your allotted classes and you will be subject to a $5 late cancel charge on the 3 and 5 class plans, $10 on the 10 class plan, and $15 on the 20 class plan. If you do not cancel a reservation prior to class and do not attend, you will be subject to a $20 no show fee. Many classes have waitlists so if you can't make a class, please make sure to cancel in advance in order to allow others to take your spot. Please contact info@fitreserve.com (not the studio) with any cancellation issues.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes, you can put your membership on hold by clicking "Hold" in your Account Settings. While you are on hold, you will be charged $9.99 per month (or partial month) and any existing reservations for classes that start after you put your membership on hold will automatically be canceled. You can take your account off hold at any time and no reactivation fee will be charged when you return to your membership. When you take your account off of hold, you will have the same number of classes and days remaining in the billing cycle as you did before putting your account on hold.
Can I change plans after joining?
You can upgrade your plan at any time by emailing info@fitreserve.com but you cannot downgrade after your billing cycle has begun. If you would like to downgrade for the future, just email info@fitreserve.com before your next billing cycle begins and we would be happy to change your plan beginning next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel your membership at any time by going to "My Account" and clicking cancel. Cancellations cannot be carried out by customer service. All payments are nonrefundable and there are no credits or refunds for partially used membership periods. Following any cancellation, you will continue to be able to reserve classes through the end of your current billing period. Please note that there is a $49 reactivation fee if you wish to return to FitReserve in the future.
Are there any additional class fees?
Nope, your FitReserve membership covers the fees for up to 3 classes per month for the Sampler Plan, 5 classes per month for the Starter Plan, up to 10 classes per month for the Gold Plan and up to 20 classes per month for the Platinum Plan. Please note, however, that your membership does not cover studios' fees for mat rentals, water, towels, shoes, etc. that are not included in regular class fees.
How do I access insider perks?
We will start emailing you details with special offers and redemption instructions for studio and partner perks once you begin your second month of your FitReserve membership. Note that some perks are market-specific. Stay tuned as more perks will be added soon.
Can I use my membership in other cities?
Currently you can only use your membership in the market where you purchased it. However, we will be adding this functionality soon so stay tuned!
Is my credit card information secure?
Protecting your credit card information is extremely important to us. FitReserve transmits all payment information using SSL (https) encryption and complies with PCI data security standards.
How far in advance can I book a class?
Booking windows vary by studio, from 5 to 14 days in advance.
I am a class provider in the New York City, Boston, or Washington, DC metro area and would love to add my classes to FitReserve...how do I do that?
