Designed to energize your body and calm your mind, this 60-minute class features 40 minutes of active flow followed by 20 minutes of restorative practices, concluding with a blissful Savasana. Ideal for those seeking a comprehensive practice that strengthens, stretches, and relaxes, Flow + Chill offers a holistic approach to well-being. Begin with Power Flow, a vigorous, fast-paced style of yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of flowing postures synchronized with the breath. This dynamic portion of the class heats up the body, increases heart rate, and energizes the mind. After the flow, transition into the tranquil blend of Yin & Restorative Yoga, where long-held stretches target the connective tissues, and supportive postures using props promote deep relaxation and stress release.
