Know before you go
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your class
- For your first class, equipment will be provided. After your first class, you will need 16oz boxing gloves, shin guards, hand wraps, and a mouth guard for Muay Thai/Striking classes, and a Gi for BJJ Gi classes and general athletic clothing for their No-Gi courses.
- Bring a filled water bottle
- All equipment is available for purchase
- Upon arrival, please proceed downstairs and take your shoes off before entering the basement door
