Class Overview

Lift and sweat in our Bootcamp class that improves cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength using heavy weights, resistance bands, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You’ll work at your own pace while your instructor leads you through a variety of circuits to build muscle, increase bone density, and improve your ability to perform functional, everyday movements like hip hinges, squats, and lunges. *Socks are required to wear in class

Know before you go

  • Come dressed to move! We recommend wearing clothes that make YOU feel comfortable.
  • REQUIREMENTS - Socks are required for all non-heated classes (grippy socks available for purchase)
  • Mats are required for all Burn classes (You do NOT need a mat, unless you're in a yoga or heated Burn class - Mat rental $2
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to class for a studio tour and introduction to The Barre Code so you can get your props, locker and get acclimated
  • INCLUDED IN THE STUDIO - All props you need for class, basic toiletries like dry shampoo, lotion, hair ties, etc.
  • STORING YOUR BELONGINGS - We have lockers on site and you do NOT need your own lock
  • TARDINESS POLICY - The doors close right as class begins. Please respect the instructor and fellow clients by arriving on time to avoid disrupting class


The Barre Code - River North goes beyond the barre with their various classes including: Barre, Bootcamp, and Brawl®. Sweat under neon lights to music that drives you, led by the most passionate instructors in the industry.  They will never idolize slimming shapes or shrinking sizes.  They are a safe space for every BODY. We show ourselves love through movement. We celebrate our unique abilities and strengths. We work to let go of standards that do not serve us.
