Class Overview

Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training, full body and low-impact workout that uses Pilates principles to strengthen your core. The work out is 60 minutes long and done to music. The class is conducted in a room heated to 95-100 degrees and 40% humidity. It strengthens and tones muscles, burns fat and is a perfect complement to your Bikram Yoga practice.
