This 45 minute class is the perfect class to learn how strength train properly and get a fully body strength based workout. You will lift the barbell, dumbbells, your own body weight, and leave feeling accomplished, proud, and strong!    This class is perfect for those new to strength training as well as those who just want to lift some weights!    We focus on a specific strength movement for 4 weeks to build upon that focus and see your improvement.
