Class Overview

Our signature class combines rowing intervals on our WaterRowers with dynamic sculpting exercises for the perfect balance of cardio and strength training. High-intensity intervals will alternate pushes of extreme activity and higher stroke rates with recovery and core exercises, with the goal to increase aerobic capacity and efficiency. This total-body burn is as fun as it is effective.

DC’s first and only strictly rowing fitness studio. DC Row offers an exciting new take on high-intensity, low-impact group workout training. With the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor and blend of vibrant music, rowers will be able to get a full body workout along with a sense of personal satisfaction.
