Jazzercise Indianapolis - Geist Area offers a variety of Power Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt and Stretch Classes to top 100 pop songs, professionally choreographed and reviewed by degreed fitness specialists. They use free weights, bands, mats and stability balls for the strength/sculpt portions of their classes. They provide free babysitting (reservation via SignUp genius is required) during the 9:30 AM classes Monday through Friday.
