Gymnastic Strength Training In Gym Beginner - Intermediate  Overall Goals:- Improve overall strength & mobility.- Build body awareness. - Prepare you mentally & physically for more advanced training.- Work towards and understand specific foundational Gymnastic Strength Training (GST) skills including: Front & Side Lever, Rope Climb, Planchè, Hollow Back Press & Manna.*   Class Focuses: - Strength, mobility and conditioning will be part of each class. - Each Class will primarily focus on 2  foundational elements that will rotate each month.  - View the GST Class foundations schedule here. * All skills listed above are scalable to match your fitness and skill level. Examples of skill progression are push-ups and dips being part of the Hollow Back Press progression. One athlete may do kneeling push-ups while another does pseudo planchè push-ups.
