Hit House delivers Muay Thai kickboxing sessions for all levels. Muay Thai is a full body workout: expect to improve your cardio, muscle tone & fight skills. Workouts are 45 minutes of open-level kickboxing & training classes, led by a Hit House instructor. Their workout classes consist of rounds of striking combinations on our heavy bag Bishop & strength training using a power bag (picture a soft kettlebell). Whether you’re brand new to kickboxing or a professional fighter, come kick it with us!
