  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class
  • Free parking is available in the garage attached (any spot that does not have a reserved sign)
  • No one will be allowed into the studio any later than 5 minutes after class begins due to safety
  • Regular tennis shoes or cycling shoes (that have spd or delta clips) are allowed to be used
