Seated and supine poses held for extended time to create a deep opening in the connective tissue of the joints. The Yin practice induces a deep meditative state leaving the yogi feeling balanced and centered. Beginner to Advanced.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
