Class Overview

This is a non-Pilates class where you get your heart pumping while you sculpt longer, stronger muscles. You’ll be using props from home like weights (or maybe water bottles or cans), magazines or towels as gliding discs, and maybe towels for strengthening work. You can do the cardio low impact or amp it up. This is not a Pilates class. No experience needed.
