Class Overview

Use the fun props you may have at home in this high-spirited, open-level class. The props you need to have on hand are: foam roller (full length), fitness ball (9-12" and squishy), therabands, hand weights, hand towels and gliders. Each week will utilize some combination of props to get you more sweaty, more stable, more sore the next day! If you don’t have all these props, you can use household items like pillows, water bottles, and towels.
