Class Overview
Get your movement in from the comfort of your own home with our livestream experience! This 60 minute Power Yoga class is designed to encourage you to find your edge. You'll be guided through a soulful flow focused on breathwork, strength, flexibility and body awareness. For our clients who are in studio, the room will be heated to approximately 85 degrees. At home you are welcome to set your temperature to your own liking and still enjoy the movement of our yoga class! An email with your Zoom link will be sent to you 20 minutes prior to the start of class.Class Types
