Class Overview

In the first half of the class, we'll flow through a series of fluid movements synchronized with breath, building strength, flexibility, and awareness in the body. This Vinyasa practice will help release tension, enhance circulation, and cultivate a sense of vitality and empowerment. As we transition into the second half, we'll ease into the stillness of Yin yoga, holding passive poses for longer durations. Through gentle stretching and surrendering into each posture, we encourage the release of physical and mental tension, promoting relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Whether you're looking to build strength, find balance, or simply unwind from the stresses of daily life, this class offers a holistic approach to wellness, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and connected.
