Class Overview

Our focus is to maximize muscle function by only working our most optimal movement patterns and ROM. This will promote physiological re-wiring via neuromuscular re- education but also build on our strength, mobility and muscle mass through (EI) eccentric isometric loading. This will promote the growth of lean muscle mass.
