Class Overview

These workouts focus on high velocity with lower weight and fewer overall reps. The sets for these workouts will be short, roughly 25-30 seconds in duration. This allows you to build strength + speed = power. This type of training not only enhances performance in many sports it also strengthens connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments. With its higher demand and recruitment of muscle fibers, it leads to the release of growth hormone which is key to increasing muscle mass.
