Class Overview

Saturdays staple! This is a mix of conditioning and resistance based work. It will be split into 4 zones working between resistance and conditioning based movements . The goal is to build strength and endurance throughout the body and its energy systems. You should feel a slight burn from lungs to limbs towards those final seconds of each set.
