Class Overview

Push your  full body metabolic training. The goal is to keep intensity high, by using lighter weights and aim for higher reps with shorter work time, short rest and more sets. Increasing metabolic capacity will help expend more calories throughout the day. The biggest take away is our resting metabolic rate goes up this leads to a more efficient fuel/fat burning system.
