Find your flow at Raise Your Barre!This all-levels class will focus on linking breath and movement through a series of flowing yoga sequences. Expect to gently warm up the body, build strength and flexibility, and challenge your balance and core strength. We'll flow through creative transitions between yoga poses, all set to an energizing playlist. Whether you're new to Vinyasa or an experienced yogi, come flow with us and leave feeling strong, centered, and inspired!
