SPECIAL EVENT: Sunday May 18, 2025 : Yogalates is a feel-good, low impact workout that combines the mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening focus of Pilates. This specialty class at Boombox features all your favorite Hip Hop hits, creating the perfect soundtrack to honor both your inner fighter and your need for release. Starting slowly with breathwork and body awareness, the class gradually builds with rhythmic movements designed to improve posture, core strength, and stability. Yogalates is perfect for anyone hoping to move better, gain strength, and start to glow from the inside out.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in at the front desk - and sign our waiver for your first class (We enforce a strict late entry policy. Members will not be permitted into the classroom more than five minutes after the class start time)
  • Hand wraps & gloves are both required and available for rent/purchase (wraps = $12; glove rental = $4) (You may bring your own equipment)
  • Street parking and public garages/lots are available in the neighborhood
