Class Overview

Our CONDITIONING program is designed to tighten, tone and create definition by working every muscle in your body, group by group. Burn fat and tone lean muscle all month long with our high intensity interval training (HIIT) format. Our week starts out with upper and lower body lifting days that will focus on movements for those specific areas. These days are followed by an 8 station cardio training day in the middle of the week to give those muscles a well deserved break, while still burning MAXIMUM calories   LOWER BODY DAY - “NEVER SKIP LEG DAY”, is one of our many mottos. Focus on sculpting legs, glutes, hips, and core. Our HIIT format will keep your heart rate up during class, and your body burning fat hours after your workout is over.
