Class Overview

This is an all levels Ashtanga Yoga class for both new and experienced students. Elements of the first series (vinyasas and forwards bends) will be fused with elements of the second series (back bends, hip openers & inversions) for a challenging and energizing class. The purpose of this practice is to purify the nerves and to build inner and outer strength. Some previous Ashtanga practice is recommended but accommodations are made for all levels of yogis. Please bring your own mat as we have very few to loan. We have bolsters, blankets and straps in the studio for you to borrow. If you prefer to use your own props, you are welcome to bring them from home.
