Class Overview

This is a relaxing and transformative experience allowing the body to achieve deep rest in a peaceful candle & starlit setting. Crystal bowls, gong, therapy harp, chimes, and other sound healing instruments are played through-out the class for total rejuvenation. This class is wonderful for regulating and healing your nervous system. Props are used to support the body, allowing you to fully relax into postures which facilitates a deeper experience. The use of a bolster, blanket, strap and two blocks are highly recommended & are available at the studio to borrow. Please bring your own mat as we have very few to loan. You are also welcome to bring your own props from home if you have them, or prefer to use your own.
