Class Overview

Start your morning in a mindful way! This class begins with gentle movement to wake up the body, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and seated or supine meditation. Classes at Brookhaven will be non heated. Classes at Peachtree Hills will be between 70-80 degrees. All levels welcome. Wednesday 7am at Brookhaven- classroom will be open until 8:30am for journaling or quiet reflection after class.
