Class Overview

Through our Iron Body training, we become more and more indestructible the further we dive into it. Building stronger tendons, joints, and ligaments are just some of the benefits. We can dramatically increase bone density as we release fascia and increase both the flow of blood and qi to nourish our body as we progress through our training.
