Class Overview

This is a women’s-only class focusing on learning techniques of combat and protection of self and others. These classes are for every woman who has ever felt threatened or afraid, been in a dangerous situation, or had a close encounter. These classes are for every woman that wants to have the confidence and ability to stand up for herself whenever necessary. While we hope a dangerous situation never happens, it is always better to have the know how and not need to use it, as apposed to finding that we need this skill once the situation arises, only wishing we had invested a bit of time learning at the very least the basics. I hope that by spreading a little bit of experience in this field we can create a stronger, more confident, and safer environment for women to grow in and keep would be attackers discouraged and at bay.
