INDOOR: Whether you are working toward a six pack or simply strengthening your core in order to alleviate back pain, this class is for you.  Focus is on obliques, abdominals and lumbar muscles, through a variety of stabilization exercises including planks, crunches, leg raises, twists and a whole lot more.  Low impact, high results.  30 minute class, suitable for all fitness levels.  MASK & DISTANCE REQUIRED.  8max
